Mark Daddio showed up to dazzle us with his driving skills. Man, that guy can drive!!!!!!!!! I guess that's why he's a national champ!

I managed the 6th fastest time out of 101 cars. The new hoosiers sure do help :)

All and all a great day of fun in the sun!

Boy that sure sounds like he is good. I would like to see him against Mageep I think he is one of the best around here.

Only 7 guys out of 101 managed to get sub 33.0 second runs on Sunday, but Daddio of course had to show us all how to get below 30.0......

Yes , he da man...at least here on the east coast.

I would say being number 6 out of 101 means there is a fast driver behind the weheel of your car too. :driving:

Congrats, Serpico! Looks like a great day! You ever do any national tour or Pro Solo events?

Thom is horribly generous to me, but NOT accurate in this case! ;) Thanks for the kind words anyway!

Yeah, Mark Daddio is pretty incredible. He's pretty much a robot, he's so precise and consistent. I talked with him at a few National events, and he also did a project in conjunction with Grassroots Motorsports a few years back... He clearly knows his stuff.

The guy slightly more local to us to watch is Danny Popp. He's your SM2 guy nationally who is just SCARY fast. I watched him at Peru last year in a C5 Corvette that was somewhere near 700 HP. He can make 'em dance...

If some of us had the type of time and resources SOME of these guys have...

Tom, you might want to consider a motorsports section on the forum! :D :driving:

Thanks guys!

No national stuff or pro solo for me.... I'd need some serious suspension (and skill) upgrades to move beyond our local events....

It's still a butt load of fun though..... :)
