Beyond the boost issues, since my dyno runs yesterday my throttle is now stuck. It is now idleing at 2550 rpm. It does not go back to idle unless I kick it to 7k rpm in nuetral. Then it will stick shut when I push on the gas and return to 2550 rpm idle. I looked under the hood and can see that the throttle is not touching the idle stop allen screw. When I push the throttle with my hand to the screw the idle returns to normal. When I pull on throttle with my hand to rev the engine, I have to yank on it because it is sticking. I have already drilled out the aluminium spacer on the throttle sensor. Any other fix out there?

Have you pulled off the air tube and looked at the throttle plate? There may be debris or something in there.

Found the problem. The bracket rotated down somehow and was rubbing on the brass throttle where the end of the cable attaches. I rotated the bracket clockwise enough to where it did not touch and bingo it is back to normal. The (one) bolt that holds the bracket did seem like it is tight enough. I will know next time. Thanks for the suggestions.

I highly recommend a mod like this to prevent exactly this problem.
