frying coil

I have an 01 with S1 Brp mp 62,plus powercard and J&S.I have had the setup on for 3 yrs & 30,000 miles.In the past week I have fried 2 coils. Any ideas what the problem might be? 1 of the coils only had 3500 miles on it!
