Sorry this took so long to post, but I wanted to run a while to make sure I was happy with the modification. I have NOT talked with Tom Thompson about this mod yet, but everything appears to be working great. Please note that even though the parts might look like copper, they are brass... The remote base is just rotated toward the radiator, and I used a couple of short pipe thread nipples, and two 90's with pipe thread on one end, and a flare fitting on the other. I removed the original fittings with a spark plug socket and a breaker bar. I then used the same pipe thread sealant that came with the kit.

The hoses stay below the SC and run straight to the remote and come up at a gentle 45 degrees to the remote. No pinch risk between the intake manifold and the frame sheet metal. The hoses also do not interfere with the intake snake, MAF, or air filter.... The fittings easily clear the PWR radiator....

That looks good, I approve. I think my Thompson kit's hoses are well protected with the spiral wraps but it is definitely difficult to get hoses and coldside both installed in the same car.

That looks great. How long did it take? I put that kit on my MSM and it took awhile to get the hoses just fitted right. Now I have to put the same kit on my wifes 2002 se w FFS-SC coldside. Any special tools to get the hoses on at the location where the oil filter use to be? I can't get my hands up there
