I finally got my hands on an 01 exhaust manifold here in LA. Got it from George at Sport Imports in North Hollywood.
The other two I found online were:
Mazmart ( Bob@mazmart.com ) $275 + S&H
Mazda Recycling ( sales@mazdarecycing.com ) $250 + S&H
