I'm looking for some install instructions and pictures of your Hotside Kit.
Anyone have pics of this kit installed on a 99-00 Car?

We don't have the install instructions up yet as they are not finalized. We are waiting until we get it all sorted out on Dan's 1.6L. I do have a batch of pictures of the kit on Chuck's 99, which is basically an FFS kit, that I will try and get up later.

I'd like to see where/how the mounting bracket for the blower attaches to the block and the clearance between the blower/bracket and exhaust mani. I'd like to see the BTB mounted.. is it on the Blower or the IM? Where does the E-Cool connect in the system? any good pics of the Auto-tensioner for the belt installed on the car? A good pic of the pulley mounted to the crank.
Thanks for your response ..

I'll be working on the radiator and installing a new T-Stat this weekend, so I'll take lots of pics.

Chuck -
I would be interested to see the clearance between the flex intake tube (I assume that it is not a moulded piece) and the heater hoses at the firewall.
I have the stock TB on the SC and have only a few mm of clearance between the flex tube and the hoses.

Clearance?? What Clearance?????
Avoiding contact between the flex tubing and heater hoses is next to impossible with the BTB. I think what is needed is a 90 degree elbow right off the BTB to avoid those pesky heater hoses.
Mine makes contact in just one place on the heater hose now and for now I just keep the area lubed with silicone spray to reduce the friction. I show no wear on either the heater hose or the flex tubing.
I may fix it this winter if I don't forget..........
BTW, I think Chuck actually removed his heater hoses since heat is something they don't need in AZ.
