I have just had all new belts put on the car when I was getting some repairs done. The squelling noise was only happing when the air conditioning was already engaged before start up, but it just happened the other day when it was cold out and air was not engaged. When it is warm or the car has been running, it does not happen. Sorry if this is a dumb question but here it goes. Does this sound like a belt that needs to be tightened or something else?
