I bought a header on eBay knowing it had a dent in it. I was wondering what your opinions were on how to fix it or if it's even really worth getting the dent out. (not a significant enough of a restriction to worry about)

It's a racing Beat 4 in to 1..

1.7" OD tubing has been used for the primary tubing, and then collects into the 2.375" OD secondary

Turns out the dent might be there by design.

Glad i asked.. I would have felt quite foolish if i'd gotten it fixed then needed to redent it to clear the steering shaft..

I put a similar dent in the RB 4-2-1 that is installed on my 97. This was to keep it from knocking on the bell housing. Removed header and hit it with a 12lb sledge. It looks a lot like that. No more rattling.
