As you probably know, Tom was away from the shop last week due to a death in the family.
Having neglected to read that notice, I called him because I needed a spacer to mount my SC drive pulley. (I bought my kit from Wayne who bought it from Chris who got it from the house that Jack, er Tom, built. Spacers are needed in some but not all 99s).
Don't know how he did it, but I got my spacer before Tom got home. No charge, of course.
Just another story to add to the list of extraordinary stories of Tom's unprecedented cust. service.:cheers2:
