With as many people as we have in our little community there must be one that could tell me, show me or do it for me. I would love to ad a rotating banner on the top of the page. It can't be rocket science but, PHP, JAVA, etc are Greek to me. I built my own Z80 based computer and wrote my own operating system (~1988) and got published in a computer encyclopedia. However, that was Z80/8080 Assembly Language and these new fangled computer PHP/JAVA languages confuse me.
