We recently encountered a problem with three superchargers that were assembled since April. It appears that somewhere around there Magnuson changed the threaded length of the shaft. The threads now go about 0.125" less than they did before. This means that the nut may run out of thread before it seats up against the pulley. Simple solution is to pull off the nut and slip on a 12mm flat washer (2 if you can't find the thick ones) and replace the nut.

I apologize for the problem. If, when you pull the pulley off, there appears to be any damage to the keyway in the pulley, let me know and I will replace the pulley.
