Well thanks to all the help from you guys I got to started it tonight! # 100 is 90% there Tom!
It seems to idle ok cold but as soon as it had warmed up it won't hold an idle at all. I have not done the idle screw adjustment at all yet.
My PC-Pros show green/red on the primary while it's running in neutral and the 5th injector one shows 1 green while idling/revving in neutral.
Hopefully this is normal, the PC-Pro instructions seem to say in should only flash red/green while key is on but car is not running?
I've got a leak from the return fuel line at the hard line that should be easy to fix, and other than that I just need to clean up/retape all the wires etc.
A few other questions. I have no good place to reach a ground with the current grounding cables. Can I ground under one of the head bolts, or should I extend the wire and ground to the block or body somewhere?
My Throttle cable seems really loose as well, i've got about 1" of play in the pedal, but there is almost no room for adjustment at the throttle side because of the proximity of the rubber boot at the end of the cable to the pulley on the bracket.
Any tips for first round tuning adjustments also appreciated.
Thanks for all the help so far!!

What exactly does lean pingging sound like, it may sound like a stupid question, but I'm not sure I've ever heard a motor running lean and pinging before, and I definetly don't want to miss it.
Thanks.

Idle could just need an adjustment or you could have a vacuum leak. Either can cause idle problems.
The PC-Pros can show green/red at idle and will also do that on deceleration. Red/green simply shows that the cards think the engine is not running. They have a threshold for the minimum duty cycle for #1 injector. If the injector duty cycle is too low (idle and decel) they think the engine is not running and may flash red/green. They will only show the one green while revving in neutral because you can't make boost in neutral. They need boost to show more.
You could probably ground to one of the valve cover bolts (I assume that is what you meant by 'headbolt'?).
Loosen the bolt holding the throttle cable bracket to the supercharger and push the bracket forward to take up some of the slack.
Start with the PC-Pros adjusted where they are as shipped. If you need more fuel add fuel with the 5th injector first 1-2 lights then add with the yellow/blue 1-2 lights.
Congrats on getting close to done.

Pinging sounds like marbles in a coffee can.

You can take up excess slack in the throttle cable at the pedal if you make a spacer. I had about 1" of free play.
I used a hard plastic sleeve with 1/8" center hole that I slotted to place around the cable before the stop. I cut it to length to take up the slack. Then I covered the this with another plastic sleeve (3/8"?) to hold them together. (I think it was a plastic spacer from a pegboard, the piece you screw though to keep the pegboard 1/2" form the wall. It was in my odd parts bin)
I am sure others have a found similar solutions.

I used a part from a kit that makes end loops in twisted wire cables (I can't remember if it was for 1/16 or 1/8 " cable) There is a piece that has 2 positions and a slot. Slide it on and squeeze it closed. Start with extra slack at the manifold end, then adjust after getting it close with the collar.
