How did you attach:
1. Your PC Pro vac line to the SC nipple?
2. Your boost gauge line to the dist. block (I have an autometer with a rather flimsy, thin and hard line)?

And where did you get the adapters? Anything wrong with heater hoses and silicone sealant?

I hooked my boost sensor into the PC Pro hard line under the dash. I used an extra quick push connector the same as the one that connects the 2 PC Pros.

The PC Pro line is connected to the Supercharger nipple by using a short sleeve of vaccum hose that just fits over the PC Pro hose and some zip ties (I had to call Tom on that one when I did it).

Don't hook your boost gauge to the VDB. It never sees boost.

Now I'm confused about the lines that go to the VDB: what's the one labled "boost sensor" in the hose routing diagram (99-00 install)?

On the passenger fender there are two small black devices that have vacuum hoses. One is for the canister purge and the other is called the boost sensor. They connect to the VDB.

I got my quickie connector from Tom. They should be available from any local industrial automation supply. A long time ago I used them at work when working on robots.

Actually, I found a perfectly good T connector included in my kit. It should work fine.

Lesson learned: clamp or zip tie ALL vac/boost line junctions. Any weak link can make the whole system fall on its face.:svengo:
