Hi,

Tired of my ELF gremlins, I have the chance to get a pc-pro for a trial on my 2000 with base 100mm pulley Coldside (without e-cool). I do have a RB header and a Roadstersport exhaust and midpipe.

What would be the recommended settings on the pc-pro for my car ? Not nessarily for the top notch (not going to the dyno with this) but to be able to get confidence in this fuel management solution.

Thanks !

Probably 6 or 7 on the yel/blu and red/blu. You need to make up foir the lack of E-Cool fuel.

Thanks Tom. I'll start with those values.

I'll share my review of it later...

Thanks !

I assume (bad word) that the one you have on trial is programmed for a 2000 hotside?

That is correct Tom.

All right, Santa was very kind for us this year but has not left a PC-Pro under the tree ;-)

What are the options, if any, for the PC-Pro ? My harnesses have already been tapped into for the ELF so I don't mind doing the same trick with the PC-Pro if that means saving significant dollars.

Also, I have a Innovate wideband XD16+ kit that I will intall at the same time. I would like to connect a boost signal to the SSI-4 sensor interface for datalog, is there a mean I can tap into the PC-Pro and get a usable signal for this or do I need to have an external map sensor for this ?

Thanks a lot and all the good things for 2008 !

Santa was cruel but I know where you can buy one. ;)

You have tapped 6 wires for the ELF. The PC-Pro uses 12 wires, two of which could be similarily tapped. There are 5 other wires that would have to be cut and spliced as those 5 lines in the PC-Pro have a seperate in and out. I tried selling the PC-Pro without the harness but it just didn't work out. The difference is $200 and you plug it in and there is no hassle.

The boost signal is not available externally. Sorry. If there was a way for me to do it for you I would. You will need an external MAP sensor for it.

I completed the installation of all my new toys: PC-Pro, Innovate LC-1 with SSI-4 and XD16 now I am waiting for my new battery since I took so long to install my stuff that my battery died in the meantime ;-)

Any must do or must not do or tricks or recommandations before I connect the new battery and then turn the key ?

Thanks a lot !
