Here's the graph of my 99 10AE with 105mm pulley. The Dyno Dynamics is supposed to read about 13% lower than a Dynojet, so that would bring my peak #s to 194 hp and 156 ft-lbs. The main PC Pro was adjusted to #5 yellow on the yellow/blue and red/blue settings because the AFR was a little lean (12.6/1). No ping at all.

My boost gauge has been sent back to Autometer for repair/replacement so no idea what that is.

I realized after I got home that I had not set the red/blue to match the yellow/blue while at the dyno, even though the tuner was happy with the the AFR with only the yellow/blue enrichened.

I just drove the car again after upping the red/blue to #5. Very noticeable SOTP gain! The torque feels much fatter right off idle and up to 35k rpm. I didn't wring it out because wife was with me, but the extra oomph is significant. Now I wish I'd gotten it right while still on the dyno to see what it's really putting out now.

I'm surprised at the improvement. I would have thought that I'd be making more torque/hp with a slightly leaner mix, but the current setup is the strongest yet. Just goes to show that Tom has the baseline curve optimized.

35,000 RPM .. You must have done some serious engine mods... I hope you are running a .45 pully ratio.. if not you are over spinning that S/C.. hehe
