Now that I have the two PC PRO'S installed and the timing card
if there any adjustments that are needed to be made for fuel
where do they get done, at the pc pro cards or on the timing card ?
Will there be any adjustments needed ? HOw do these thing work together ? Any help ? Thanks.

BRIEFLY, I'd suggest a lot of research to learn what works or not. The #1 reason for engine damage is operating on boost with poor fuel management, leading to pinging, detonation, and damage. To do it best, you need a dyno or at least a wide-band AFR. If you have neither, stick with Tom's default settings or whatever setting is conservatively rich.
To adjust the cards - First, temporarily disable the timing card since it would disguise engine performance, the timing card can be restored later. Here's how I go about it:
First, I minimize the e-Cool PC-Pro (set to 1) and adjust the main PC-Pro to yield AFRs of 13:1 up to 3k-RPM, and 12:1 from 3k-RPM to redline (7k-RPM). It might ping a litte since the e-Cool is absent (if it pings like crazy, . I like to end up with the y/b and r/b at about 5 and the g/y/b each at about 2 in order to be able to raise or lower the settings. Once the settings are determined, I find that I only need to adjust the y/b and r/b for gross changes.
Then, simultaneously reduce the Main injectors while increasing the e-Cool, keeping the AFRs in the ranges above. The pinging should disappear as the e-Cool takes affect. Multiple runs on a dyno, especially one that monitors the AFR, can help determine what works best to yield power WITHOUT pinging. If the dyno also monitors timing, you can see where engine performance is affected, even if you can't hear pinging. Ultimately, settings are made where the AFR is adversely affected and/or no further power is gained.
As a final check, put in at least 30% race gas so that the fuel octane is at least 95 and do a dyno run. There should be a relatively small power increase (+5-6 hp above 5k-RPM) with the race gas since the ECU doesn't need to pull timing on boost to avoid pinging.
To restore the timing card, adjust it's settings, as desired. Then, it might be possible to lean out the AFR, especially at lower speeds. Without direct experience, I don't know how to best adjust this device.
Good Luck,
Mike

Mike I do now have an AFR and vacuum gauge and the car will be getting a dyno on Friday.
